"We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. Newly designed luxury master bedroom and bathroom were exceptional use of space--a true owners' oasis with high ceilings, crown molding, jetted tub and larger walk-in closet. All the original, single-paned windows in the home were replaced with energy-efficient double-paned "prairie" style grid windows. Price of contract was fairest and most comprehensive of all bids received.
