"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Allegiant installed LVP in 2024. I requested a floor that would hold up to dog traffic, water, easy to clean. This morning this piece came up as the photo shows. The other photo is the awful paint job they did after they glued down the LVP, I had a flood, and they came to remove the glue and seal the concrete. They painted it instead. . My washer and dryer are stuck to the floor. Lint and dog hair stick to the floor. Mopping smears the dirt. Cleaning on hands and knees smears the dirt. I hope I do not t regret the LVP they also put down in the rest of my house. I did leave a previous review but after this morning damaged LVP event I felt the need to update. I will not contact them again as I do not have confidence in the product, their work, or their word. I have an area rug that I pulled back to show the difference in ability to keep the floor clean. Impossible. I have had garage floors better than this. 3/29/2026 update --Less than 2 years old LVP. I have had other issues with this installer."
