His staff were friendly & many times did thoughtful things I didn't ask to be done like trimming hanging or dead tree branches or asked if there was some other little thing I needed done. "Al and his guys do a great job, we had major water issues in the basement but after they graded the yard slope away from the house no more water at all. They are personable and fair and tell you exactly what you will need to solve your problem. We also had them remove a giant stump from an old pine tree and they dug trenches for the downspout to drain into the yard, and again they did an amazing job. I could go on and on . "Would only communicate via email. Never returned my calls. Scheduling was a problem. Wanted to be present for the review/quoting of the driveway as there were cracks that I thought needed filling. Tried to call after first application of sealant. The edges were not covered. The second application was better, but there are still a few spots that are thinly covered. The areas with the small cracks were coated thicker and appear okay. Sealant is supposed to last 3 years. Time will tell if the sealant holds up as well as the stuff sold at Home Depot."
