"Rich, company owner, responded quickly to my request for an estimate and scheduled the evaluation for a few days later. His estimate was fair and more affordable than 2 other estimates I had previously gotten from other floor refinishing companies. We scheduled a date for the job to be done 2 weeks later. Rich was a good communicator & answered my questions I had leading up to the job, via emails/texts. Alex (contractor) actually did the floor refinishing, alone & he did a fabulous job refinishing our dining room, living room & 2 closets. The floors are old, white oak and now have new life breathed into them! A hole in one of the closet floors needed to be patched and he did that job very well too. Alex worked 8 hour days and left the house tidy & with as little dust as possible. We would definitely recommend RM Krol Flooring to friends and family who are looking to have their wood floors refinished."

"Service never took place. Job entailed ceramic tile back splash, shelf, and window sill in kitchen. Company rep came out and measured, asked us to visit sales showroom to select tile. We did so. Travel time was 50 minutes each way. When we arrived at the showroom we learned that the company specialized in flooring and counter tops, and had a very limited ceramic tile selection. The reps at the showroom suggested that we select a tile from another dealer, and said that they would give us a price for installation only. We then visited another showroom and picked a tile from a large selection. We then received a call from the original rep, the one who had come to the house, stating that the company could not do the job and to request a refund from you. I asked the rep to notify you that we would be asking for a refund, which he agreed to do and later confirmed that he did."

"I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! The hardwood flooring company that our contractor wanted to use was horrible so I called upon Emilio Sciortino at the last minute and he was so accommodating! We had used Emilio in the past to refinish the hardwood floors in our living room and everything turned out great! Despite the last minute notice during this recent project, Emilio and his crew got us scheduled quickly and did a wonderful job! "It is rare to come across any contractor that is actually focused on quality and not moving on to the next job. We hired these folks to refinish 20 year old hardwood throughout our house and change the color. They did floor refinishing, railings, spindles, and expanded the floor with new wood into a new room. What I loved about them is that they put in the time to make sure that it was done perfectly. Matching old wood with new wood is not easy. When it was first stained, the owner did not like the color variance between the old and new, so he literally ripped it up and started over. We did not even ask him to do it. He just was not happy with it. Literally, the guys were on their hands and knees inspecting each plank of wood after it was refinished to make sure that there were no imperfections. They did not rush and cleaned up after themselves. Price was right in line with other bids we got, but in terms of quality, we received way more than we paid for."
