Shane arrived around 3 pm. (This in itself was remarkable as we have been waiting for deliveries of appliances and no one ever arrived during their stated range of hours or even the same day.) Shane was friendly and professional. He immediately told us that he knew what the problem was as he has seen it numerous times. The plastic had worn out and there was a breakdown on the line, He replaced the plastic pipe with copper."

"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."

"Let's start out by asking:  Would I recommend Ouellette or use them again, ABSOLUTELY!! <br /> (Our upstairs A/C unit stopped working and from a previous HVAC company we received an extremely high quote.  We knew we were on borrowed time for our downstairs unit too).  <br /> We were give the name and number to Ouellette HVAC by good friends of ours.  I was unsure if they would come two counties up to where we live, but they were able to fit us in.  Which worked out to be a bonus for us.  :)   The receptionist who answered the phone was polite and when she said she would return our call...she actually did !!  No tracking anyone down, or waiting for them to call back.   <br /> Devon came out to inspect our A/C unit which was not working.  He was on time, very polite and extremely thorough.  He worked up the numbers and explained in detail what needed to be done with the upstairs unit and why were were having airflow issues upstairs.  (I don't think we've ever felt the air in the master bedroom since we bought the house 4 years ago).  Anyway, the upstairs furnace had to be turned so the new coil (A/C) unit would properly fit.   <br /> Since we knew we were on borrowed time with the downstairs unit we opted to get a quote for both.  After looking at the the unit, we knew found out we needed new furnace too.  In any event, the price, for all three things came in just over what the previously company gave us for one A/C unit upstairs!  And that would not have included fixing/adjusting the venting issues for the lack of airflow.   <br /> One of the things I particularly liked was that I did not feel like I was being talked down to because I was a woman.  I felt that I was spoken to as anyone homeowner should be spoken to, male or female.   <br /> Devon came out for the installation with two others and within two days everything was up and running.  I can honestly say we can actually feel the airflow in the master bedroom (we thought we could not because the room was over the garage...come to find out it was just airflow issues!!)   <br /> Would I recommend Ouellette or use them again, in a heartbeat and without any hesitation!   <br />"

"They have been extremely professional from start to finish with my new HVAC system. Everyone included. Alex, Tyler, Moises and Efrain are very easy to with with. I had messed up on something that slowed down the installation and complicated the process but they went out of their way to accommodate me still. There were no complaints or poor effort on their end because of my mistake. Very impressed by that. Going to use them for other services, too going forward!"

"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "Showed up within the timeframe and called ahead to let me know they would be there shortly which was appreciated. Explained work to be done and made sure to use shoe booties before entering the home. Explained service contract that I placed on both HVAC's and the cost which in my opinion was very reasonable for biannual checkup. My only comment is since I did sign up for their maintenance plan I would expect to receive an email acknowledging this service other than the invoice for work performed. I am not sure if they will be in contact with me to remind me to schedule these appts since it was not done at time of repair or if I am just expected to call."
