Sure enough, their on the back of our toilet, was a container of wipes that our tenant had been flushing. Sean said they respond to a lot of backed up toilets for wipes. He made sure to get them all and tested our toilet with regular toilet tissue several times to make sure it was working. He cleaned up all drops of water and any mess and left the bathroom as clean as he found it.
