"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. "FloorTechs refinished oak, hard wood floors for two rooms and the stairs to match existing flooring. They did so beautifully for a very reasonable price! I scheduled them to return the following week to install kitchen flooring. They went to Home Depot to pick up materials I had ordered only to discover they had ordered the wrong materials! In spite of the error and a wasted day, FloorTechs was gracious and helpful as I restarted the flooring search. Randy gave me advice and even told me things I didn t want to hear so thatI was prepared for what I was going to face. I appreciated his honesty and forthright communication. "Professional experience from start to finish. JCM had previously installed a few rooms of flooring as a subcontractor for us. For this much larger install (2400 sqft) I called Marlon directly. He came out for a free estimate and provided a clear statement of work with both customer responsibilities and contractor responsibilities with no gray areas. The price was far better than the others who did estimates for us. We knew what we wanted from our wood selection already and provided him the skus. His estimate included exactly how much we needed to order AND the appropriate skus and quantity for trim pieces, transitions, underlayment, quarter round, etc. The estimate also included moving furniture in all of the rooms (King sized beds, solid wood dressers, piano, bunk beds, etc) and was still half the price of other estimates. The best part is, Marlon came out about after the material was delivered to inspect, looked at the quarter round we were delivered and informed us he had a supplier with much better quality, and already primed and painted that was $600 cheaper than the big boxes in the area. The work crew showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the day and finished the 2400 sq ft in 2 days. We have no carpet remaining in our house. The only work left to be done is to refinished the oak floors in the entry way and we will 100% hire JCM for that as well."

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"From the very first moment I stopped into the store at Flower Hill I was impressed. Everyone was exceptionally professional and wonderful to talk with. I told them I was looking to have my countertops replaced with granite or quartz. Sara Behrang scheduled a time for the next morning to come and give me ideas and take measurements, she also brought samples to my home. My husband and I visited the shop a few days later, choose a beautiful river white granite. Two days later a template was made of my countertops and then a few short days after that the big day arrived. My new and beautiful granite was installed. The installation went without a hitch. The installers were on time, very friendly, did an amazing job of installing and removal of old counter top. Approximately a week later we had the floors redone, it took one day and they look beautiful!! I'm in love with my home again. I plan to have the bathrooms remodeled in the future and will definetly use Kitchen Bath and Floors, USA.
