"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. "FloorTechs refinished oak, hard wood floors for two rooms and the stairs to match existing flooring. They did so beautifully for a very reasonable price! I scheduled them to return the following week to install kitchen flooring. They went to Home Depot to pick up materials I had ordered only to discover they had ordered the wrong materials! In spite of the error and a wasted day, FloorTechs was gracious and helpful as I restarted the flooring search. "Alexander gave me my dream kitchen!!! I had heard horror stories about contractors before we started remodeling but working with Alexander was not only a great experience, but we could not be happier with the results! He was extremely responsive from day 1 til the last day and always picks up his phone no matter when you call him. From our first meeting, he worked with OUR budget and tried to find us ways to save money, even suggesting that we re-use our current granite! I insisted on getting new granite and of course he was happy to help us with that, sending us to a great slab yard where we picked out the perfect piece of granite. The cabinets he recommended are real wood and excellent quality (soft close drawers and everything!) and ended up costing less than what another contractor was charging us for IKEA cabinets! Not to mention that Alexander did all the design work for us and all we had to was tweak based on our preferences. He was very flexible throughout the process and let us pick out the hardware and accessories and changed the kitchen design so I could have my farmhouse apron sink! He also worked within our very tight deadline and was more worried about keeping on schedule (and about protecting our new hardwood!) than we were. :) He is a great contractor to work with and truly cares about his customers and the end results. We are extremely pleased!!!"
