"They were very responsive but did not do the type of work I was requesting (installing customer provided gutter guards.)"

"John came out the same day I made a request for gutter cleaning, gave an estimate and did the work right then and there. Easy to talk to, thorough job, happy customer."

"Very happy with the new gutters and gutter guards that were installed at my house. The crew got it done within hours. Great quality work."

"Our worker, Paul, arrived mid afternoon. He worked through a short downpour and continued into the early evening in the dark! He replaced the gutters, covers and downspouts on the entire house! It looks amazing!"

"The gutters and covers were great."

"I hired Ted for sealing the driveway and ended up adding three more projects to the list. He was very responsive in completing all the work and even called when he was running a little late due to traffic one day. Ted suggested a couple of options on each job, provided fair prices, and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. I'll hire him again and highly recommend others do as well."

"I needed a trustworthy company that wasn't going to scam my grandfather for all his money. He's getting to old to clean his own gutters and with the huge tree in his yard, they get clogged from leaves. I spoke with Johnny who was easy to talk to. He made me feel secure that he was going to take good care of my pap. Upon completion of the job I was very impressed and happy with the end result. He was even able to address a leak we had. I will definitely be using B Good spouting in the future."

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"Awesome Product, I was price conscious first time and had installed on my personal property, however after I noticed I no longer had to babysit the spouting of leaves and debris, I had it installed the the remainder of my properties, it is worth every penny, for the TIME and RISK I save by not having to clean out my gutters."
