Get matched with top vinyl siding repair or partially replacers in Queens Village, NY

"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Aldo was punctual, and competent. He communicated everything very well. He and his crew were timely, well mannered and efficient. The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."

"Manny is trustworthy, a class act, and his prices are VERY reasonable. Always arrived onsite and responded to any concerns/inquiries in a prompt manner. He was transparent throughout the entire process; and he and his team got the entire roof done in a day and a half! This speaks to his professionalism and quality of work. Manny also provided photos of the roof replacement process and did beautiful work! The team did an excellent job of clean up as well. Cannot compliment or highly recommend Manny enough. He will definitely have our business again (garage roof is due for repair), we're glad to refer him to others, and wish him continued success!"

"Great job cleaning the siding. Great communication"

"I had small section of vinyl siding pulling away from the side of the house along with the aluminum molding pulling away from the soffit. The reason "birds" got into the lose siding and built a nest..Carlos and helper showed up on time and did the repair within 20 minutes. 1.) He was on time. 2.) Fair price. 3.) Solid repair job. No complaints from this customer."

"I needed to repair a leak in the roof. From the first call, they were professional. They were available to consult the next day. They showed me pictures and videos of the problem areas and let me know my options. After I chose, they were here within a few days. The work was done professionally with minimal intrusion to my life and they were punctual. After dealing with other companies, I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair their roof."

"Jose was very professional and courteous. At no time did I feel like I was pressured into a sale or shown products that i wasn't interested in. I can't wait to start my next project with him, which would be siding."

"Jose provided a fair quote for my emergency siding/window repairs and was at my house two days later to complete the repair. He provided pictures of damage to share with the insurance company and also provided pictures of repairs. Job site was meticulously cleaned up after the repairs. Jose was friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use this company in the future!"

"CMC's Carlos called me and scheduled an appointment to come out the same day to inspect my vinyl siding, which came down in the last big storm in my area. He showed up the following day and went to work. He and his team were thorough, and Carlos kept me updated throughout the process. I will be calling CMC back for future jobs. Do not hesitate to hire them."
