"Sammy and Santos came right on time and worked tirelessly to clean the inside and outside of all the windows. ?I also had them clean our french doors (both side) inside our living room and dining room since the small windows of the door are difficult to clean. ?when Santos cleaned these doors, he used a scraper on each window to ensure each pane was clean. ? The deal I purchased only covered 20 windows inside and out, so I paid extra for all the other windows and doors in the house. ?It was nice to have everything cleaned at once. ?My windows have never looked so clean! "On the painting side they did a really good job. They're reliable, they did it more or less in the period of time that they said they would. But that wasn't the problem. I liked the work that was done and I did some comparisons with pricing and I thought that they were pretty reasonable, I think they came in the middle of 3 quotes that I got, but I think there was a miscommunication problem. Because there were things that I thought were understood that needed to be painted. They said that it wasn't included. We have a garage which was detached form the house, so when we were walking around the garden I pointed out that the garage needs to be painted. He looked at it and it looked fine but the problem was, he only saw the back of the garage door so I didn't make him go outside to see that he had a lot of surface area around the front that needs to be covered. So I wasn't too happy with that because. We've had painters that painted the house before and we didn't need to do that and it was surprising. We have an old house with wooden windowsills that need to be painted. So that meant that he had to remove all the windows so what they did was send someone to remove all the outside storm windows so that they can paint the frame around the windows and there were a few windows that they didn't take the storm windows from. In the end they asked if they finished painting everything, I said, "No you haven't painted this." So it was a lot of back and forth. They finally did it but I was not happy with the way it was done because I left taken advantage of."

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done.
