I was very frustrated, and initially very dissatisfied with what was supposed to be final results ( definitely not was my monies worth) with a text and video of incompleted areas to the company a call on Sunday within 15 minutes of message with apologies and guarantee that problem will be corrected to my satisfaction happened to come on Monday! They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
