"Great took a little more than two days. Rain was threatening and they kept working til everything was covered even though they had started ay 7:45 that morning.

"We had a few contractors over to give us estimates. It was summer and kind of busy season so they all took a week or more to get back to us. I think EHS were among the fastest, which we appreciated and the least expensive, which we really appreciated. I mean we got one estimate to reface our existing cabinets - 1500. For 2600 or so EHS said they could replace our cabinets with new ones, build a little wall to block the view of our washer / dryer (in our kitchen), and remove some soffits that were wasting space and cramping our kitchen.
So we hired them to do that and more. For expanding the entrance way, one contractor wanted 3k. For the same price, EHS expanded the entrance way, and tiled our shower, and put in new counters and sink, and did some touch-up painting, and installed a couple of ceiling fans, and installed new locks.
Good quality, good price. Jeff and Wes and the subcontractors I met were always polite and responded to calls or messages in a reasonable amount of time. I would use EHS again.

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
