"The install crew (Anthony and Chris) arrived at our house shortly after 9 am. The promised time was between 9-10 am. They finished up the job of installing 7 windows at 2 pm. They were very nice, professional, courteous, considerate, and did a fantastic job with the install. They were both very efficient. Many times workers will come and sit or stand around or play on their phones etc. But both guys were on task and finished up ahead of schedule. The windows look and work fantastic. The inspection was done a week later from City of Tallahassee. There was one screen that had a little hole in it, but WWT immediately placed an order for a replacement and it will be replaced as soon as it gets in. Wonderful product, customer service, and great price. All-in-all a great experience starting with my online inquiry to get an estimate, the sales/estimate person in our home explaining and answering questions, office staff setting up appointments and follow-up phone calls and emails (Sarah and Marcy), and the install crew's punctual and professional job. Would highly recommend WWT!"

"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

"Robert and Karen were wonderful to have in our house; assemble a kitchen pantry cabinet together that we purchased from Wayfair; organize our walk-in closet in our bedroom in our new house as previous owner left without shelving, so we were 100 percent able to have it designed as we wanted; adjust bottom of doors so they would close easily, and we would use them again!"

"Better Builders (BB) really solved our problem. I had a flat roof; I tried everything to keep that area dry. As a preventive measure, at one point, I substituted the gravel roof for a torched down flat roof. The preventive work was a disaster because what I feared most finally happened. I had a leak inside my sunroom. Apachee Roofing made a mistake in the sealing process and they had to come and do it again, but the damage was done. It went from prevention to repair mode in one day, one mild rain. Second time around, I decided not to make the same mistake, I joined Angie`s list. After a number of visits from other roofers, Better Builders came across as ready, knowledgeable, organized and with reasonable pricing. I had stratospheric estimates reaching $ 20,000, but BB fixed my flat roof giving it a slope, insulating it and  they also did additional work around my chimney by sealing it and by designing a new aluminum cap for it, all for $ 7,200 with the Angie`s list discount (I paid extra for the insulation materials and custom-built chimney cap). I cannot believe I can, actually, say:’ I am happy with my roof.  I did not have to worry about permits or inspections. The job site was clean and they even brought a portable toilet unit for the workers. All in all, a great experience. The only bad experience is Angie`s list itself. The system is annoying with undesired emails coming to you all the time.  I almost cancelled my account. They are really bad addressing specific issues because the system seems to be all automated. Do not ever save a review as draft, they will remind you every day until you die. They are NOT there yet; it is not like being a member of the Amazon.com family."

"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. <br /> <br /> After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. "Called Burt, - I think on a Friday- told him what we wanted, and approx. budget for the job. Monday morning he met with us, providing an itemized plan for the work. We told him that timing was essential, since we expected guests. Within 3 days we had a schedule with starting and completion dates - they finished as the schedule stated: demolition, new fllors, painting, cabinets/counters, appliances all went in smoothly. When there was a minor glitch with a subcontractor, Burt went into action, and had his crew take care of it. They finished on time and within the original budget. <br /> What makes working with Gorilla Builders a pleasure is to know that the "boss" will take care of things. During the work Burt would come by and tell us the general progress and what to expect. "We hired Travis because of his creativity and knowledge of pavers. I wasn't sure what we wanted, but Travis' suggestions were spot on and turned out to be beautiful. He was not the least expensive, but definitely worth it! We will be having him build a porch over the new patio...again, his suggestions were classy and perfect. The workers that did the actual install were very respectful and hard working. Just don't be in a hurry with paver install......the rain can delay."
