"Tom is an awesome person to work with, and his work is excellent. Contacted him to come for an estimate, and he made the trip to inspect the deck that had been built on-site. Provided many options for the actual dock. Lead time was approximately 3 weeks. No frustration, everything was textbook. Would definitely use provider again. <br />"

"Owner Brandon Hood and crew completed project in just under a day. Had good communication and follow ups thru out bidding and scheduling process. Prompt replys made to all inquires. Brandon was present and did some painting as he supervised the work. Crew was careful not to get stain/paint on adjacent surfaces and shrubs. Brandon and crew were responsive to being sure any and all missed spots were redone to owners satisfaction. All used paint cans, etc. cleaned up before crew departed. Over all a fine job by a hard working group. <br />"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br /> When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br /> They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else). <br /> They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br /> They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br /> I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br /> I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"We are thankful and blessed that Jim was our contractor for our deck project. Jim was punctual and professional from the initial contact with him to the very end of the project. His crew were also very polite and professional. Jim responded to phone calls and emails promptly. They treated our property as if it were their own. Mid-way through the project we changed our minds on the deck design and Jim was so nice about acknowledging our request and making the appropriate change. They cleaned up every evening and and worked hard everyday they were here. <br /> Our only disappointment was that he had said he would be able to stain the deck and that didn't work out. We really would have loved for him to finish the deck. <br /> We have another project lined up for him and will move forward with that this fall once we get the quote. <br /> Jim is extremely busy and it is hard to get on his calendar. My recommendation is that he is worth the wait. I would find it hard to believe that anyone would be disappointed in Jim, his crew or the quality of work they do. <br />"

"He came promptly as planned, gave us his estimate, and spent about a half hour going over the details of the solution he uses for powerwashing and the kind of stain and sealer he uses for the deck. He mailed me the figures and asked me to contact him if we were interested in hiring him. We had several other estimates done. We decided to go with him largely because of how much time he took with us to tell us how he would do our house and because he did the staining and sealing of the deck himself. Not all the powerwash people do that. He came as planned, did a beautiful job with the powerwashing and came back a few days later to do the staining and sealing. We negotiated a few extras on the spot and he did not charge me extra, which I appreciated. He showed obvious pride in the nice job he and his helpers did and photographed the project as is went along. I am thrilled by how much better everything looks! <br />"

"It looks good but I was disappointed that more prep work was not completed prior to painting. Elite advertises that they take proper steps to remove old chipping paint and prep surfaces. This was not done. They just slopped new paint on top of old paint. Didnt matter if there was a nail head sticking out, old paint about to fall off or even if there was a spiders web there, they just slopped paint over it all. If I had known this, I could have hired a bum to just paint all my trim then for a few hundred bucks. But I went with Elite and paid over 2,000 dollars because I thought they would go above and beyond and take that "extra step" to ensure everything gets done right. And get this, before they arrived, I removed a spindle gate that was attached in between two posts on my front patio. I removed the nails and even filled in the holes with wood filler. All that was left was an imprint of the gate from the old paint in the posts. Did they take the time to sand it off? Nope. Painted right over it. Now I had 2 posts with a fresh coat of white on it with an imprint of the previous gate on them. Surprised the painters and even the supervisor thought this was ok. What if it was their house they were painting? Do you think they would have just painted over it? Obviously I had to call and get them to come back out and repair this and the painters did, but left without notice, didnt even knock on our door to get our approval. It does look better tho. But it seems to me all they are worried about is getting the job done as fast as possible so they can get to the next job. They make it seem like you're getting your money's worth because they send out a quoter to your house, then a color coordinator, then a pressure washer to spray a chlorine solution on the trim, then finally the painters. Don't get me wrong, it looks good, neighbors love it but when you get up close to it you can see no prep work was involved, just threw new paint on top of old paint. For the price I paid, I expected better."

"The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They started around 7:30am and finished around 6:00pm. They were efficient, clean and left the property clean as if nothing had been done. They even cleaned out my gutters"
