"We couldn?t be happier with the work that was done on our home. The crew completed a full tear-off of the old vinyl siding and removed the outdated soffit and fascia with great care and professionalism. The new insulated composite cladding siding completely transformed the look of our house and has already made a noticeable difference in comfort and energy efficiency. They also replaced 13 windows and 2 entry doors, and the quality of the installation is outstanding?everything fits perfectly, looks beautiful, and operates smoothly. The team was punctual, respectful of our property, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. Communication was clear from start to finish, We couldn?t be happier with the work done by Diamond Exterior Renovations. From the very beginning, the owner Dmitriy was hands-on, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with, making us feel confident in every step of this major renovation."

"Perfect. No issues, great installation."

"Robert is a very personable, conciencous and skilled contractor. He is also honest and shows up when he says he will. He even worked on a Saturday to accomodate us. He was able to do a custom siding job for us by blending in some Hardie board (concrete siding) into our vinyl siding to replace pieces that were warped from the BB-Q. It came out very nicely and at a good fair price. I would highly recommend him for any type of siding job."

"Serg did a great job repairing our siding! He was very responsive, his estimate was reasonable, and his work was efficient & high quality! Would definitely use him again!"

"Cali Siding and windows remodeled the exterior of my homes siding with beautiful James Hardie fiber cement siding. I highly recommend them for any exterior project"

"Owner,Dmitriy is a nice guy but you'll only see him when he presents the contract and for progress payments--not supervising the job. Don't be in a rush to sign the contract.Ask him to leave it with you to read for a day.Be detailed about your expectations-amend if needed to make sure all is clear and all understandings are in writing.CA law allows lesser of $1,000 or 10% total project cost as down payment,no up front material payments allowed till delivered. Do not pay more. You'll deal mostly a project manager -at the job site mostly, but not always.Their "signature method" of installation may not be what you want. There were different workers in and out of rotation and we had to be there every day to make sure installation was done to our liking, otherwise, things were just done and had to be redone later. All the workers were very nice and want to please, but varied in their skill and experience. Caulking and painting was just satisfactory, not their strongest suit. We are left with some ugly areas of caulking that we hope we won't notice as time goes on."

"Custom Applications was very professional and on time everyday. Our cabinets look brand new!! They turned out amazing. We need our outside of our house painted soon and I will definitely be calling them."

"On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. (916) 676-6610.  Within two rings, I was already speaking to a live representative. I gave them my address, and a quick overview of the scenario, and they were already on their way!!  The representative, also walked me through the procedure of turning my water off, through the phone.  About ten minutes later, Forever Wood Construction was already at my door step, with all the necessary tools on hand.  I am amazed to see such prompted service.  I proceeded to show them the water damage, and they thoroughly explained everything they were going to do, to prevent further damage, in an fashionably organized manner.  Within a half hour, I had my kitchen stripped down, and airing out  with their Huge Fans, and Dehumidifiers.  Forever Wood Construction Company, helped me to get all the necessary information for my Insurance company.  After the drying process, Clayton Witherow, Owner, presented a game plan, to ensure this would never happen again, and tips on different materials, they can use to increase the value of my home.  I went with the Travertine Stone Tiles, in which i love.  Forever Wood Construction had the kitchen done, with absolute quality results, in one day!!  I have never experienced a company with such great customer service, sense of urgency, and top quality results, as exceptional as I've experienced with Forever Wood Construction.  I will use them for any future construction job, whether it be an emergency job again, or not.  I will also refer Forever Wood Construction to all my family members, and friends.  I want to thank Forever Wood Construction, for making me feel comfortable in the situation at hand, and increasing the value of my home!!
