"pI saw a couple of reviews on Angie's List and decided to call Kerry. This was one of the best moves I have ever made. He came over within 24 hrs and told me what I needed. He showed me the pricing of the parts and gave me an estimate at that time. He called later in the day to confirm the cost since is was slightly different than the original quote. I agreed since the cost was minimal. <br /> He called, came over, installed the extension and cap without any problem. He appears to be quite concerned with doing the job right the first time and making sure the customer is satisfied with the end product. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days but he hit both ideals right on the head!!! I would be honored to give his name as a reference to anyone in the future. He was punctual and did not waste any time getting the work done as efficiently as promised. Would be happy to have him work on my house any time he needs to do so again. <br />"

"Brian and his team came out and did a wonderful job. They repaired a major part of the leaks. There were a couple of minor leaks afterwards, but, when I told him about it, he came right over and said he will "take care of us." He repaired the remaining minor leaks at no further cost and now we have a leak-free chimney! Obviously, Brian and his team care about their customers, and consequently, I would recommend Chimney Doctor to anyone."

After visiting some competitors, these guys appeared to know more, were more personable, and gave honest opinions rather than just making a sale. They even came and reevaluated our fireplace/chimney to insure that their first opinion was correct--without our asking and without a fee. "We had Coffman's clean our chimney and they did an excellent job. We even had a large bird's nest in the chimney and they removed that (as well as the birds -- all survived). One of the birds instead of flying out of the chimney flew down into the chimney and was trapped. They released the flue enough for the bird to get out, quickly captured it, and released it outside. Our den was spotless when they finished -- no dust or evidence that they had been here. They also painted out chimney on the outside and put wire mesh around the cap so we wouldn't have to contend with anymore birds! They were very professional in all that they did and we will definitely use them in the future! <br />"

"It went really well. Finding a good roofer is not easy, but Bone Dry did a really great job... in fact it was a perfect job. Ice and water shield applied, flashing re-installed and exact shingle type, style and color replaced. They sent me pictures throughout the entire repair process. They are not the lease expensive out there, but do you really want to cheap out on your roof?! Everything in your world sits under it. Zero issues for months now, with a number of significant monsoon type rains."

"showed up on scheduled day, had my 17yr old roof 42 squares tore off by lunch time. Part of the crew started cleaning up grounds with magnetic roller in flower beds and around driveway and side walks wile others were replacing plywood (roof sheathing) and prepping for new install. New material showed up 1 hour before prep was done, ready to be installed. Installer showed me potential leaky areas and made recommendations for future problems in watershed problem, areas rectified with metal flashing and Ice and water guard. All new drip edge, ice and water shield for valleys. My roof looked like a wrapped Christmas present before shingles were installed. Ran out of daylight before finish but was dried in in case of rain and showed up early next day to finish job. By lunch my roof was completed the clean up was on going until they left my house. Very impressed and satisfied. I have recommended to everyone I know of roofing needs."

"Sent them an email and they got back to me with an inspection appointment the same day, with the installation being the very next day. There was a slight hiccup with some of the installation, but they were quick to correct it and did an excellent job. Will be contacting them for any future air conditioner repair needs."

"The company immediately responded via Angie's List "Submit a Question" and set up a date for the inspector to come out and look at everything.  This was unlike Beams Roofing & Contracting who informed me "I'm sorry but we would have to pass. There isn't enough money in gutters for that type of distance and multiple trips. Brad Rigney"-wasn't multiple trips involved so don't understand, guess they didn't need the money.  Anyways, Steve came out and gave an estimate and mission was a 'go'.   <br /> When the team was here to do the work, I didn't know they were coming until about 90 minutes before hand when I got a call from the receptionist, it was identified that there were some parts of the gutters that needed actual replacing.  Initially Steve did not think so; however, the installer worked it with Steve who then worked it with me, which is a professional way of doing things...the installer did show/explain to me his reasoning and it made perfect sense. <br /> I approved the 'change' in the work order and awaited the parts to arrive.    <br /> The only reason I did not give them an "A" in responsiveness is because there was not a lot of time in between notification of execution and execution, which wouldn't be an issue but I have three dogs that I needed to put in the cage.  Outside of that, no complaints at all.  Steve was very informative as to what was needed and the team that actually did the work (a married team) did an outstanding job.  Definitely a worthwhile organization. <br />"
