A crew of four did the work, they were focused on finding and fixing breaks in the piping and replacing sprinkler heads. From the initial contact with Ralph to completing the work took one week - very responsive; communicated well about problems and solutions; did what needed to be done-did not recommend more than was needed; and above all were easy to communicate with. "Well, drilled and hooked up quicker than expected, to anticipated depth, bill came in less than estimate. Now, three years later my well quit due to an electrical problem from the previous well's wiring. I got ahold of Dustin and he helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Turned out to be a control box that was installed on the old well (not H & L's well), but still in use since it was fairly modern components. Dustin told me what component to replace and viola, all is well. An inexpensive and quick fix. Thank you Dustin."

"Provider was very responsive to my initial call. He came out very quickly to give my yard a look and take measurements. He had an estimate for me very soon after that, and it was much cheaper than the other estimate I had gotten. He was able to schedule  my project very quickly - and he and an assistant did the actual installation. When they were done I could barely tell that they had even done anything to my yard! The system seems to be very high quality and easy to use/program.  I would highly recommend this provider. <br />"

"They do commercial, residential and home owner association.  They are very meticulous and thorough.  They do a complete job.  They can provide full coverage, it's everything that would be needed for someone to maintain their property be it home or commercial property.  The employees are skilled at what they do, it's more than just someone coming out and mowing.  They are knowledgeable on a wide range of things from plants to landscaping.  I've been very, very pleased with them.  This will be our 3rd year with them.  For professionalism, they deserve an A but there's a few times they haven't been 100% on it. "
