He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"He, the technician, was very professional and very good. But, he simply added a socket junction box for a dishwasher. It took less than 30 minutes, but i was charged over $535. He gave the estimate, but did not have the part with him. He said he could go back to his shop to get the part or he could reschedule the repair for another day, I asked him to go get the part . I hope i did not get charged for the time he took to go back to his shop. It was noon and he came back about an hour and a half later. The part could not be that expensive, it was just a junction box with sockets for a plug. That is way too much to pay for a socket box to be added."

Mike arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame.  He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  He repaired the leak that was causing the problem and explained the work he was doing as he went along.  He seemed very honest and also offers a senior citizens discount.

I thought the price was very fair and I definitely will call Mike again for my appliance issues.  And, now I can get a few more miles out of my old refrigerator.  It is very refreshing to have someone that will try to fix it  rather than immediately trying to sell you something new if you really don't need it.

"An excellent service. I called late Friday for a washing machine repair. I spoke with Sharon Monday morning to arrange for an appointment that day. Sharon and Keith, rearranged their scheduled to meet me. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a reasonable price. "I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."
