"Kit did a thorough inspection of our roof and identified several areas in need of repair. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. His manner was pleasant and professional and I appreciated his low pressure approach. Ram did a good job with the repairs. Overall it was a positive experience."

"Ramon is very thorough and explained the problem and offered two solutions. I plan to use some of his services in the future. The roofing problem was at the connection of a flat roof sun room with the main house. I am very pleased."

"Steve Wade, the owner, immediately responded to my call for the roof to be replaced on my home. He reviewed the process with me in detail and drew up a concise and fair contract for the extensive area involved in my two-level home.  He had the dumpster delivered and the very next day the crew was on the job.  They were very careful to use all safety equipment and worked quickly to remove the old two layers of shingles.  They placed a liner over the bare roof to protect it from and moisture until the new shingles could be applied. The crew also covered shrubs to ensure that they would not be damaged by falling shingles.  One section of a back addition had lost some shingles two years ago and the wood was starting to rot underneath.  The crew replaced the entire section while making sure that I was aware of this addition to the project.  The shingles that I chose were then very quickly placed on the roof while the crew members were tied off to safety hooks since the roof has an extreme slant.  The project was completed in seven days which was wonderful considering how noisy it was (understandable for this type of project though).  Steve Wade came out the next day to review the work and note any punch list items that needed to be completed before final payment was made.  He was very responsive to get crew members out as soon as possible to complete these items.  This company is very professional, the workers are careful and listen to any concerns from the owner or guidance as to where to store tools during the project.  I have used this company in the past to paint my home and I was very pleased that I chose them for this major roofing project.  My home looks amazing now and Steve made sure it was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the results.  I will definitely continue to use this company for any future home projects that require remodeling, etc.  They are a fast working crew and everyone is professional and leaves a clean area at the end of each day.

"Giron Roofing did an excellent job replacing our 25-year-old cedar shake roof. They did a complete tear-off, added plywood sheathing, and Malarkey Windsor roofing. We have a large, very steep roof, but the project went very smoothly and was completed in just one week. The tear-off was quite messy, as would be expected, but the crew did a great job cleaning up. They even ran a magnet around the house to catch any nails or staples, which is very important for a family with young children and pets. The Malarkey roofing product is beautiful. After reviewing the products listed in our HOA requirements we found that the Malarkey Windsor was equal to or better, but had a superior warranty. Additionally, Giron is an Emerald Premium contractor for Malarkey, which adds peace of mind, knowing that they have installed the product to the manufacturer's requirements and standards. We couldn't be happier with the results and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Giron for anyone needing a roof replacement."

"It went really well. I had previously had two wildly different assessments of the condition of our roof. Having a maintenance company rather than a roofer do the assessment was a great idea. He gave a similar assessment of the life left on the roof to one of our previous inspections. This confirmed that we have some years left on the roof and saved us having to get a new roof this year. Worth every penny! Now we have resources to focus on other needed repairs on the house.
We paid extra because we have a steep roof pitch. I felt this was fair and was clearly stated ahead of time. Very professional. Honest. Didn't try to upsell us. What I expected from the reviews.

"We had a leaking roof. Called All Roofing Eagle in the AM and someone showed up 4 hours later to fix the problem."

"We recently had a roof completed by Clear Vision Construction and we had a wonderful experience! We started by getting an estimate from Sean who was an honest, no BS, no pressure guy and wasn't trying to up sell us at every turn. Sean took a look at our house, took some measurements, gave us the sales pitch about what he thought and recommended. He then took this information back to his offices and emailed us a quote a day or two later. The quote was very reasonable and very much in line with what we expected foe the size of our place. It was a nice change from our previous two estimates that were double or triple Sean's quote. Once we accepted and gave them the first half of the payment they were at our house the next week dropping off materials! It took two of their guys two days to completely strip our house and garage, reroof both of them and clean up! The workers worked their butts off and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Clearvision, if you're reading this, give those two guys some sort of bonus, they're great workers. The workers located problem areas, rotten wood and bad plywood and then had their project manager Brandon call me before they did ANY changes. Brandon was nice and a great communicator, and explained exactly what was going on. He was quick to respond to any questions or requests I had as well. They also gave me exact dollar amounts for the changes they recommended all of which were fair prices. The clean up job was great. There wasnt a shred of roofing left on my lawn just some paint chips from my trim that needs repainting anyway. A few days after the job was finished they sent a gentleman out to do a final meet up, collect the final payment and ask how things went and if I had any feedback. All in all I would definitely recommend Clearvision for anyone looking to do a roof. They're a fair and hard working group."

"Colonial Restorations was superb.   Our family very much enjoyed working with Brad Green and Tom Green.

At the outset, they made thorough assessments of our family's barn, identifying several problem areas and offering multiple proposals for how best to address each (including strategies and estimates).  They walked through the different proposals with us, addressing all questions and discussing different options.  This was extremely constructive and important to the process.

They demonstrated very clear understanding of post-and-beam wood construction.  They displayed great expertise in working with wood (white oak, red oak, hemlock) and with the tools, jacks and cribbing needed for this work.  They worked carefully, always putting in place the necessary jacks and cribbing in advance of each phase of this project.

They were clear about their schedule and were very responsible about communicating with us.  If there were a day that they would not be on site, they let us know ahead of time.  With the exception of a snow storm and an illness, they were on site five days a week from the first week in January till the second week in February, 2016.

By the completion of this project, Colonial Restorations had made significant and important structural repairs to our barn.  This work was done with care, craft, accuracy, and to code.  (All elements of this project were examined and passed by the building inspector.)  Most important, these repairs respected and worked with the existing structure and materials of the barn.

We could not be happier with these repairs or with the work done by Colonial Restorations.  It was a pleasure working with Brad and Tom."
