They helped me choose a fabric appropriate for the chair, after which they took the chair and delivered it back to me in a timely manner when the work was completed. Not only did they reupholster the chair, but Roy refinished the worn, scratched legs on the chair. The finished chair looks brand new! Roy and Linda work as a team. Their workmanship is outstanding, their communication good, and their pricing reasonable. I highly recommend them if you are in need of of having something reupholstered. This is an update on my prior review below regarding the concerned issues that I had.  Having no choice but to write the first review, apparently helped him to understand my position and hopefully made him realize the importance of good customer service.  Being said, Gregory responded on my review that he was willing to come back out and resolve things.  I was happy to email him to work out a convenient time to come back and try to make things right.  I'm happy to say that his cooperation was great and the job looks so much better.  I can now post the nice job that he did and would recommend his services.  Thank you again, Gregory, for coming back two more times to make things more functional and a nice appearance.

Due to the tile walls being a little off, as far as alignment, this caused some issues with the glass door not fitting properly.  The gaps on each side were too wide and wasn't straight at the top of the door.  They came back and tried to re-align things.  I looked at the door and things were much better, but the door would not stay open when you would swing it inside the shower or outside the shower.  He said this was the best he could do, so I told him I didn't like that, but agreed to finish paying the balance on the bill.  I felt like the whole enclosure needed to be revamped or something to make it right.  As I began to clean up things in the master bath, I was wiping down the shower and glass and noticed this plastic piece that was wedged up on one side of my framing at the top, between glass and frame.  Then I saw where they used silicone to push one of the front glasses outward at the top of the framing, so it would line up with my shower door.  There was also a strip of hard clear plastic stuck up under the plastic piece where the door is attached at the bottom.  It created a popping noise everytime you would swing the door back and forth.  I tried calling the guy the same day, texting him, and emailing him regarding these things that he didn't point out to me at the completion of the job.  I tried to reach him several times, even left a voice message.  I have not had one response from him, so I'm real disappointed in him and the fact that I was kind enough to pay him, but also knew that he would stand by his work, as I was told from the beginning.  Yes, I found him right here on Angie's List, so I'm not so sure I could recommend this company to anyone.  If you can't return calls to good honest customers and want to make things right, then you don't need to be listed here on Angie's List.  No doubt, this guy knew he didn't tell me about these things so NO,  I do not like anything in my home being "rigged" up, as you could say.  It's just a tacky job.  So, here it is July 14th and I still have no response.  I am really disappointed with this company.

"The installation was fine and everything was done to a very high quality. He was prompt, efficient and did great work.  In addition, we had purchased a "Big Deal" which had expired, and he honored the full value anyway.
My only slightly negative comment is regarding his overall demeanor and communication with customers.  He is very terse and sometimes pretty sarcastic or slightly put out. There were a few items I wanted his advice on in terms of what would work best related to our projects, and his response each time was essentially "It's whatever you want. It's you job."  I appreciate that he left the decision to me, but it would have been useful to have his input.  
That said, I have no complaints about the quality of the work, which was excellent, and for that reason, I would consider using this company again.

"Well, until they left. Randy was to return to 1) replace a cast iron shower pan that cracked during installation 3) fix the buckled vinyl flooring his crew put in one bathroom and the pantry and 3) mount a chimney cap. Never did. But the worst is that Randy took a 200 year old slab of old-growth pine (approximately 30" wide by 42" long by 2.5" thick) salvaged from my great-great-grandparents' home and promise me a coffee table. TWO YEARS LATER I CAN'T EVEN GET THE SLAB BACK."

"I know this was a tiny job (replacing ONE shingle) for a company that does full roofing jobs, so I wasn't even sure I could find an actual roofer to do it. James responded to my initial email quickly, and came out to do the repair within a couple of days! We really appreciated that, as water had already come through the roof during two recent rains. While he was performing the repair, he also noticed (and replaced) a second torn shingle, as well as doing a check of the roof including the ridge vent. He also added some roof cement around a couple of vents to help prevent future issues. He was quick to respond, quick to come out, and went above and beyond. We are VERY happy we found him, and will definitely call him back if we ever need more roof work!"
