"I believe the materials used in the original cushions for this chair were not what was shown on the floor sample I looked at -- they were softer than expected and within a year they were sunken in and losing their shape. The cost of this job to restful the cushions was $400, which I thought was way high. I went ahead anyway because this was still less costly than a whole new chair, and the chair itself is fine; and also because of the extensive experience offered by this service. Unfortunately it took over two months to complete this job because I sent the cushions back twice. The first time the stuffing was so stiff and full that there was almost no room to sit in the chair. The second time was better, but the corners were not properly stuffed. The third time was fine, though, and now (2 years later) the cushions are holding up just fine. These folks are hard working and know their trade, so I don't know what happened. I wish they had been willing (or able?) to make some price accommodation, but I know this job had them driving all over tracking down materials. I wish them well."

Mr. Parish was incredibly professional and great in pitching his product with knowledge. He recommended what was more important to me and the fit for my home better than others. In home consultation was easy, quick, and fair pricing. His product was amazing. Although the manufacturing was delayed, he made it up with impecable customer service. He was very accommodating with scheduling install along with my work schedule. I will continue business with Colonial Blinds on my next property and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for window treatments in your home. Amazing work!!! "Mr. Mike himself saved us. We paid and had an installation scheduled after purchasing a new Range Hood from Home Depot but was surprised that on the day of the install, no one showed up! We waited for a Home Depot Contractor to arrive all day.... finally after several hours of waiting contacted their service office to find that resolution wouldn't happen for several days and we had a planned graduation party the following day. Thought of Mike and contacted him... he came over right away and installed the hood range. His price was extremely reasonable. Home Depot's installation price was $150 and Mike's price was $60. So as I initially started out by saying, Mike saved the day! Our family would like to do business again! Thanks, Mike!"

"Diana Construction was willing to work with me very closely on a price that met my needs while also giving me customized service that truly turned my apartment into something completely different. They gave me a new look to an old apartment. Diana Construction were flexible and creative. In an old building with many flaws, they found a way to make it work and look nice. My apartment had crooked walls, water damage, and other things. Diana repaired the damage and found ways to work around the problems that weren't repairable (ie. the building itself has some issues).
What started out as a simple kitchen remodel, I was so impressed with their work that I had them do more and more, eventually having them do flooring, the bathroom, and more. Removed a window Air Conditioner that was installed with no intention of being removed!  All went well, except they did not put down any protective covering on the rug in the area.  About 2 pints of old dirty water spilled out onto the rug, but they worked diligently to clean it up.  If you didn't know it had happened you would not notice it on the rug.

He tightened up some outdoor flood lights that had become loose. He checked the other set, just to make sure.  Also, he repaired a downspout that had detached.  A very clever repair that has worked perfectly since he did it.

Overall the work was completed satisfactorily.
