His team was very organized and efficient. They also stand behind thier work. We had some delamination of the material and they returned two times until it was repaired to our satisfaction. "I cannot speak highly enough about the product or about the process. This painter used a small crew that he has worked with for years and the crew was consistent throughout the job, so I did not have a lot of strangers running around. Everyone was professional, polite and easy to work with. They were very thorough and made repairs I did not expect them to catch. The colors are absolutely spot on. They even did some small things outside the contract (buffing out discoloration on car panel) without charging extra. Non-instrusive, proactive and tidy in their approach. I rarely have had such a positive experience with a contractor. And my neighbors were just as impressed as I am. A++++"

"I had all brand new interior doors installed inside my house last winter. Three of the doors were sticking and would not close at all. I called On The Job, left a message detailing my problem, and a short time later I received a call from Bob. I asked if this was the kind of job that he would do and he stated probably but he would like to come out and check just to make sure he knew just what the problem was with the doors. He came out that same afternoon (I think it was 6/6) and scheduled the work to be done on Saturday morning (6/11) since he was involved in other jobs. On Wednesday 6/8, I got a call from Bob that he had some free time between jobs and asked if he could come that afternoon. He and Jeff showed up and had the job done in about 2 hours. They did an absolutely beautiful job. And, no wood shavings were left anywhere at all. They were very organized, professional, prompt and extremely clean workers. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend On The Job to anyone who needs repair jobs done. I have every intention to have them back again when I have another problem that needs repairing. "

"Keppo Interiors will begin its work on our Bay Village home this week.  My husband and I quickly decided to contract with the company after meeting Kevin Teppo regarding our multiple needs and concerns about our 1948 home.  Kevin is a very knowledgeable professional whose total concern was learning about our home, ourselves and our vision.  Despite past poor experience with other firms, we knew during his first visit with us that we had found the right firm to work with.  This is because Kevin never tried to sell us anything, but unselfishly shared his time and expertise as we reviewed our most pressing needs.

We met with Kevin for two hours on a Thursday night and on Sunday afternoon gave him, with thanks, our $3,000 down payment.  Before any payment was made or paperwork finalized, Kevin repaired a closet in one of the bedrooms because he could and because helping is just who he is. We called Teppo Interiors because of their A-Plus Angie's List rating and glowing reviews.  I can already vouch that the reviews are there  to guide people in making a good decision to "go with" Teppo.

"They were fast to respond, included samples of furniture, drape, wallpaper, furniture placement, and paint colors that guided and simplified our choices. We had to supply measurements and style ideas that really helped us streamline the process of choosing. Much appreciated."

"Steve responded to my purchase within a few days and quickly set up a time for the estimate. Although the cost was more than I expected, as I mentioned before, this would have been a challenging task for me to do. In addition to what I wanted done, I added having the ceiling painted. Steve was able to schedule when I had time off rather than when he originally offered. The day the work was done, the crew of three showed up promptly and got right to work. They covered everything with drop cloths and did a thorough job cleaning up after they were finished on the second day. The paper was removed, the drywall was repaired where needed, the ceiling was painted, and two coats of paint were applied to the walls. All outlet covers put back and the vertical blinds were rehung. I am very pleased with the end result."
