"We had a good experience.  Scheduling was easy.  They were able to come out within days of calling.  They were punctual and professional.  We misunderstood the rate system on the phone, so it ended up to be a higher rate than we expected.  But we did feel all the work got done in a quick and efficient manor, which is encouraging when you are paying by the hour.  We had a coupon from Angie's List that we forgot to mention on the phone when we scheduled.  The guy was great about it and just deducted it from the final cost before he left.  All the repairs have been great.  The only exception would be the drywall patch.  When the guy left he said it was "ready to paint" but we saw that we needed to do quite a bit of sanding to prep it for paint.  Once painted, the patch is still slightly visible.  We are happy regardless because we were able to call one place to get all these things taken care of.

The only items that were not replaced in my entire home were cabinets and doors and they got it done in just over 30 days. "Having had 2 previous contractors, Palm Construction was the 3rd & final contractor that completed my project in a timely manner by doing a full kitchen & bath remodel. They also installed a HVAC system, redid all the plumbing, had my house re-painted, had my deck reinforced and did an earthquake retro-fit. They did exceptional work in a very professional manner. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day, and when asked to do something, they did it without hesitation. "The overall experience was fine, they showed up everyday,  Javier Chacone was on top of everything, this was a somewhat big project and it lasted about 4 months, which we lived with easily. They cleaned up everyday and they were really friendly. At times it was a bit frustrating, not with their performance, but the time it took to get the furniture. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch company."
