repair them, and preferably at our location.    Premier was the only one
that could do this.   One other provider could pick them up for a fee
and then mail them to Hunter Douglas, and their price was twice as high
as Premier quoted, including shipping.
Everything was very professional, including working with the person who scheduled the technician, follow up,
the proficiency and promptness of the technician, and payment.   
I would not hesitate to use them again for repair or for purchasing new treatments based on this positive experience.

They also replaced the deck on my shed, and did a wonderful job on that as well. They were quick to respond to my initial request for a bid, accomplished the work within my time frame, did quality work, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon.
