Our appointment was delayed twice because of the snow and ice storms (my driveway was impassable, and it was also too cold to do the outside windows) and even though it wasn't their fault, they felt bad and cleaned the storm debris off my gutters and moved some of the downed limbs out of the yard at no charge. The window cleaning was excellent and the young man who did the work was pleasant, quick and thorough. No more spider webs! My windows had not been properly cleaned in over 7 years and the improvement was amazing. I don't remember the exact price, but we bought one of the Angie's List specials and paid a little more because we had more glass to be cleaned than the special included (which we knew, the terms were clear). The additional charge was very low. I will use them again and strongly recommend them.  <br />"

"I will never recommend nor use Budget Blinds again. When your salesperson came and measured, I thought I was paying for the entire job, yet he had not included three windows that we had specified and that he had already measured. This oversight was not noticed until the workers came to install and I questioned why these windows were not included. The only reply was that it would be nearly another $800 (after a discount) to have them done. When I swiped my card initially, I thought it was for ALL measured windows. So, in essence the job was more expensive than I had imagined. Certainly not "budget" at all. I also was not impressed with the worker's installation, as I had to go back and point out a few things that needed to be fixed - scratches, holes drilled in wrong areas, smudges of dirt, etc. Not to mention a cracked window. While what was installed are fine, I was able to install on my own the three missed windows and they came out nicer and better."
