"The handyman, Quinn, was competent and pleasant, but he communicated poorly with the glass supplier.  One broken bathroom window pane needed to be replaced, and an exact match to the existing glass in the other two panes could not be found.  I told Quinn that I might want to replace all three panes so that they'd match.   After he changed out the broken pane, I decided that I did want to change the other two for an exact match. It was only at that point the glass supplier told Quinn he didn't have matching glass in stock, that it had to be ordered.   Therefore a one day job became a three day job while we waited for the glass to come in, and temporary panes had to be put in so there'd be no holes in the house during a weekend away.   When the "matching" glass came in almost a week later, it was not an exact match - this is frosted bathroom glass, and per the handyman, because the glass was from a different lot, some pieces were more opaque than others.   It's my feeling that SOME of the fault lies with the glass supplier and SOME with the lack of communication between Mr. Handyman and the glass supplier.  The job took 3 times as long as the estimate, and my glass panes are NOT an exact match although that is what I wanted.  <br /> <br />"

The house is for sale and they were able to scheduling me quickly and work around a couple of showings. I had no idea that my cracked concrete could be made to look so amazing without replacing everything. Their process is fairly simple in that they make cuts into the concrete, fill large cracks, grind any rough spots, power wash, then stain the concrete. He came to the house and examined everything and gave me an explanation of what he was going to do and how the job was done and who does good work and who does bad work. His estimate was for $3,000. He seems like a very professional and knowledgeable person, and I assume that he is, but his price was just too expensive for me. It was a good experience. It went good. Everything went perfect. He was very professional and I have no complaints about him or anything, and it was just the price. He was on time. I would use him in the future, considering his prices."

"I was not very happy with that. We ordered some wood flooring and unbeknown to me they talked my husband into taking the smaller pieces and I was not happy because I wanted the bigger ones. I was so disappointed. The size of the ceramic is about half the floor I ordered and it makes the floor looks clattered. He was a very nice person but the delivery of it was what I was not satisfied about. What I ordered should have been in. The work was ok."
