"Efrain was very good about responding, being available, and punctual. The quality of the work was impressive. We are very happy with the way the ceiling turned out. The only downside was once the acoustic was removed in one room, it became apparent we had a preexisting drywall problem. We added the repair work to the original estimate, but initially the patch was done too quickly and we were not happy with the result. After discussing our concerns, he came out that day and offered to come and fix it the following day. The second time the end result was perfect. You cant' even tell there was a drywall repair made!
