"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. "The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."

He had good ideas as to how to complete the work. He completed the job for only about half of the original estimate."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Mario was prompt both times. The first time, he even showed up on a Sunday, which was great. I think overall he operated very fairly. He was also cognizant of costs, which I really appreciated. For example, initially we thought the problem would be solved if Mario replaced one of the breaker switches. So he bought one and installed it when he came the 2nd time. Unfortunately, it didn't do the trick. So, Mario put the old breaker switch back in and didn't charge me for the new one. I think that was very fair."
