"Our garage has 2 separate doors, both of which needed servicing and openers (one had an opener that wasn't working well, and the other had no opener at all). <br /> My request for a quote was answered within 24 hours and the quote was done within the next 24 hours. When I called to schedule the appointment, they got me on the schedule the following day. <br /> Roger, Dynamic's technician, was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly professional. He explained what he would be doing and looked into a couple of other issues I asked about, including the springs. He advised that the springs weren't up to snuff, and since I know they're 20 years old, that didn't surprise me. He explained that replacing the springs now would only add the cost of the springs (no extra labor charge) and when he only had one of the proper size on his truck he went out and got another within about 30 minutes. He completed the work in a timely manner and he left the garage floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. <br /> My thanks to Roger and the folks at Dynamic Garage Door. "I called and explained that I found their name on Angie's list.  I went to their website and found a picture of the sales rep I was speaking with.  very courteous and polite, and a bit surprised when I told her I was looking at their website as a result of finding them on Angie's.  We had a nice chat, and she scheduled the service call the same day between 11AM and 1PM.  The serviceman Justin showed up about 11:30 and did a very thorough and professional job. Our complaint was that the doors were noisy and made a bumping sound when opened and closed.  Justin re-located the opener arm and adjusted the door to close firmly.  He greased the worm drive and lubricated the wheels.  Both doors are very quiet and we are HAPPY with the results.  Good company to work with. <br />"

"Excellent. The Driver, Roberto was very punctual. Whenever he gave me a time of when he would be coming to either pickup the car or deliver the car, he was very punctual almost to the minute. "The job went smoothly and on time with one weather delay that backed up the job in front of us. Kirk Kolb the owner gave us plenty of notice of the delay. The job started exactly on time and finished as exactly as predicted. <br> <br>The work crew was professional always happy and worked non-stop each day and turned out a quality job. It was impressive to see such a coordinated crew smoothly transition through each of the job phases. At the end of each work day the areas around the house were cleaned up and ready for the dog and family to move around the outside of the house safely. <br> <br>The  previous two roofs were stripped off, all the fascia board was removed and completely replaced perfectly. The roof sheeting was still good except one sheet had to be replaced and was in the bid. All the roof was updated to the latest code and materials. <br> <br>Some of the roof design was archaic and  had been the cause of previous problems that were never upgraded by two earlier roofing companies. These problems were spotted on the initial inspection and incorporated in the bid. <br> <br>The review could go on and on about how impressed we are with Kolb Construction and Roofing Services.
