"Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."

So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. "Michael Dove offered replacement for two fans or chandeliers for $69.00. I informed him that my ceilings were 15' high. He gave me an amended bill prior to installation as the height required an additional charge. I was very agreeable to the amount. He arrived on time. Michael assessed the jobs and completed it in a timely manner. Throughout he was courteous and professional. He removed all materials. I was impressed with his willingness to complete the job in the bedroom where he placed all the crystals on the chandelier. I hadn't expected the extra service. 
I am completely satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to recommend him.

"I can't describe the sound of the blockage when it was cleared, but there was no question what the sound meant or the smile on my face. We've used them several times over the years and service has always been great. I showed Jose M the issue and pointed him to the closest clean-out. After quite a bit of effort it seemed he was running into a serious obstruction. Jose asked about another clean-out and started searching around the perimeter. He found one that I'd forgotten about as it had never been used, and sure enough, water was backed up in it. He snaked it and ran into a major obstruction about 35 feet in. After repeated attempts to clear it, he suggested we needed to camera the line. He called 'the boss' who headed over, and Jose continued trying to clear the line. And Murphy's Law, just before the boss arrived he got the line cleared. Again, what a wonderful sound! Greg arrived shortly after and even though the line seemed clear, ran the camera through it (no extra charge). Good move, he ran the camera to the city's line, and pointed out a couple spots that were problems waiting to happen. Knowing what we may be facing in the future is a relief. My original estimate was $77. Final cost $77. And that was on a Saturday! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!"

"Plumber said it's a good idea to clear plumbing lines every 10 years or so depending upon how much grease, oil, etc each household uses.  I thought that sounded like a good idea to power clean my lines.  I assumed it was included in the price but they charged an additional $400.  I didn't think it was fair since my lines had no problems and looked great.  I was not expecting this additional cost. At the time I couldn't fine their advertisement with all the services included until later. I did not have time (my fault) to do research as to how much these services cost.  They said since they were here anyway why not get the service done now rather than schedule additional service call.
