I figured they'd come out and check everything and give me different choices, but no, all of a sudden, I got an $1,100.00 bill. An employee brought our new heater out here and installed it without consulting me. The company kept calling him and calling him and he wasn't doing his work, so they fired him. They didn't give me a senior discount either. I paid the $1,000.00 because the heater was installed and I didn't think I had any choice but to pay them. I told them the capacity I needed, but there's a big difference in quality and price with the different manufacturers. I don't think it's very good business, to install a new water heater without first consulting with the customer as to what the customer wants."
