He has transferred data from my old computer to my new one, installed Ring floodlight cams on my house, installed a new modem, installed a security camera in our truck and showed us how to download the video and fixed any computer problems I have had. "I would like to share with you how I was treated by your company. In the month of December 2016. I purchased a heating system from your company. I do live in Oxnard and I know that is quite a way for your company but I do appreciate that you did that for me. All went down as planned and the guys that came out were very nice and helpful. But then a couple of years later the heater went out so I called your office to see if the heater was under warranty and to have someone come out and fix the problem. I spoke to Susan several times. The end result was that I lived too far and that your company was very busy and that I should find another heating company in my area. She was very rude to me and had very poor customer service. I did call another heating company and the problem was fixed after another $400.00. It was a transformer that went down. Susan said to me "you liked the price, right". I said yes. She said then I would suggest you look on yelp to find another company in your area. So unprofessional. I was in shock and didn't know how to respond."
