When they finished the job, they made another charge for the balance without my authorization. I was satisfied with the final job, and they were entitled to be paid, but I did not like being charged the second time without being asked. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
