Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. "Water heater went out on a Sunday and called Bill Metzger Plumbing around 6:30 expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"

"Would highly recommend Drain Town Rooter to anyone. May be a funky company name but they did a great job on my Tankless water heater install. Ryan was excellent and even came back after I removed the old tank box/stand, had some drywall repair and painting done, to re-route the pressure relief pipe straight down which had been routed around the old tank box. Cosmetic but much cleaner looking. I’d hire them for other plumbing jobs as well."

"We are in the process of having both our dirty & clean water lines completely changed, which is a huge project. Several of the great Service Champion technicians have had to dig huge holes & long trenches, with the additional obstacle of having to cut through huge roots, from an enormous tree in front of our house, that have literally taking over our front yard & destroyed the pipes. They also cut through cement & even â  jackhammeredâ  through an enormous patch of concrete that was about a foot deep, which took a lot of time & muscle to remove! This was definitely an amazing example of â  good deeds for freeâ  . We had so many different, excellent technicians coming & going, who did a tremendous job for us, but I unfortunately cannot remember everybodyâ  s names. There are two guys who actually have been working at our house the most, so Iâ  d like to recognize them (big Chris & Ryan). They are both terrific examples of the Service Champions model, and are excellent in their trade! They have worked very hard & have been a great help in so many different ways, helping to make this difficult process much easier for our family!
