"I have called Lily's for window cleaning services in the past. They do a thorough job at a fair price. They are honest and dependable. I will call them again for window cleaning services."

"I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I received.  Loya's was responsive, helpful, and accommodating when setting up my appointment.  They kept in constant contact with setting up my service, and arrived right when they said they would.  Better yet, they did an AMAZING job!  My house was a disaster one before they arrived.  After they left, my husband made the comment that our house hasn't been this clean in the entire time we've lived there.  They weren't able to get to the whole house during that time, but covered more than I expected and did an outstanding job with what they got to.  I cannot recommend them highly enough, and plan to contact them for regular services in the future.  Thanks Felix, Angelica, and the rest your team!"

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"After purchasing a $200.00 certificate for some SEO work we started talking about the other issues that we are having with our company website and after a long discussion and several weeks of going back and forth it was determined our best chance of making our business not only seen by the web population and to build-on and grow the business it needed to be more up-to-date and what the customer is looking for in today's eCommerce sites.  After viewing some of their work for other clients and coming to an agreement on pricing for the complete redesign of our site plus moving to a better hosting company we decided to move forward with the move to Web and Moore and could not be happier with the results so far.   Although we are still not 100% complete the work that has been done so far has exceeded our expectations and have begun to generate new leads.  We highly recommend Web and Moore as a n e=Commerce company that will do a great job at a reasonable price.

"Alfredo and Anny run a small housecleaning service. We discovered them via their Angie's List reviews and have used them for quite some time now. First - their cleaning service is first rate. In the past we have had cleaners that started out great, but the service deteriorated over time. Alfredo and Anny consistently provide high quality service, which seems to be a challenge in this business. Occasionally they need to adjust their arrival time or day, but for us, this is not a problem. If you need service on a rigid schedule, please make sure that you note this prior to agreement. Overall, you will be pleased with this team.

"Three ladies came and immediately started cleaning.  Worked two hours and did a great job.  I had been ill for a few weeks and had been unable to keep up with the cleaning, so I looked forward to my getting my home back "in shape."  I had made a few mental notes to make sure a couple things got done (wiping down cabinets and doors, for example);  this they did without having to be told. I was pleased with the results.  The ladies were very pleasant, did a great job, and I would both recommend Pristine and use them again.

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Rancho-bernardo, CA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
