"They were on time did a very nice job cleaning the grout and tile and sealing it. Out tile and grout very dirty and tile stained from previous owner. Grout cleaned up looks nice stains cleaned up well for as bad as they were. I would have them back. I am going to have them clean and seal floor tiles in front room in a few months"

He left several hours earlier than he had estimated. In fairness, I think the amount charged should have been adjusted to reflect the actual time spent.
