"We are so pleased with the remodel of our bathroom and the way that it was accomplished by Wiseman’s Home Improvement! Getting in and out of the old tub and its sliding shower door attachment was awkward and cleaning everything was a pain. That was just one of several issues with our bathroom. We knew we wanted to replace the tub with a walk-in shower and upgrade the sink, countertop and flooring. We took bids from several contractors, but we were particularly impressed with Wiseman’s. Wiseman’s helped us throughout the design of the remodel. They accompanied us to pick out tiles for the shower as well as the flooring, and countertop and offered valuable suggestions to ensure that colors and textures were compatible. With their help we were able to add unique and personalized touches to our project. Every part of the process, from demolition to final touch-ups, was controlled by Wiseman’s. The workmen arrived on time, covered adjacent carpeting from dust and grime, and cleaned up after themselves every day. There was minimal interruption to our daily activities. They helped us acquire a custom designed shower door and a unique beveled glass mirror. As unforeseen problems arose, they found alternative solutions. The work was completed above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We have another project planned for a kitchen remodel and Wiseman’s Home Improvement will be the contractor we call. We give them an A+ in every category. "Serge and team, Lex, did a Herculean job in record time. Doors were removed, screws taken out, nails and stripping removed, saw work on spaces too narrow was done, old fixtures were diced and sliced, new fixtures were installed, sawdust was removed, doors & hinges were replaced, tub liner curtain installed and hung, caulking and sealing completed ALL I 1/2 day early!!!! Whew! Serge and Lex have made a 100% disabled vet super happy! Now I can wash those spots that itch where I canâ t scratch!!"

However, the project took 2x the estimated time they rarely proactively communicated about timelines or who would be on the job site doing what when."

"I was lucky to have my job scheduled in between rainy and dry periods and got the job scheduled before the summer season got going. Steven, the estimator & project manager, communicated extremely well and was very reliable. The woodwork was done quickly by highly skilled carpenters. There were several days of waiting the rain out, but that was unavoidable. Painting prep took several days because of the poor condition of the weathered surfaces. There were a lot of stucco cracks that had to be sanded down that I had put caulk over originally. There was additional work done after more dry rot was discovered on my garage roof. The price and little extras of the job was extremely fair."
