"Excellent. Byron was punctual and offered me a competitive quote from the start. Throughout the project he was forthcoming and pointed out any area he anticipated would not sand to his standard (floors are 73 years old). There were never surprises. He sent photos of the progress regularly and walked me through the project daily. I’m satisfied with the results and grateful he made suggestions from the beginning. In general, he’s an honest contractor and a nice guy to work with. Photos attached were taken during the project; not final."

"Carpet Time was awesome! They were great at communicating with me, they got me the perfect flooring, and they installed in a timely manner."

"Everything went off without a hitch, from the salesperson and landing on the floors and quote, all the way to the installing process. I thought it would take 2 weeks to complete, but was surprised when they had multiple guys out each day to work on the floors and they were done in 4 days. I will only ever recommend Express Flooring , as other companies quotes and products do not even come close to the quality of Express Flooring."

"Came out the day we called and we are able to install 3 rooms of carpet the very next day! They had to order the materials for the bathroom floor but were able to install them the next week."

"I would have rated this company a 5 star except that Mike, the owner, produced a molding (separator) that did not match any of the colors of the vinyl flooring. He insisted it was good and that was given to him by his supplier. I told him it was an eyesore, but he still instructed his workers to install it. On the day, Mike picked up his final check, he brought another molding that actually matches the flooring, but he wanted me to do the labor of taking the other one-off and installing the new one. When I told him that I paid him to do a professional job, he instead took $25 off the coast of the job, which to me isn't really enough. Also, the workers did not bring the proper equipment, ie jackhammer to remove the tiles. Instead, they used a sledgehammer that projected small pieces against the wall, which caused small nicks on the wall."

"Installed vinyl flooring in a kitchen, the materials were good and matched exactly the look I wanted. Unfortunately some damage occurred to an appliance, but the company came out, examined the problem and we came to an agreement that was satisfactory to both of us. The work was completed when expected, though the workers were late in arriving the two days scheduled sue to traffic."

"Excellent!! Javier and his co-workers did a fantastic job. Javier worked with me to order the exact amount of material from a vendor out of state. We could not find the type of wood I wanted here. They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. I would Highly recommend Monteros Hardwood to install you hardwood floors."

"Wow what a great job on replacing my wood floors. Highly recommend ⭐️"

"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.
