All four gates swing beautifully and align perfectly. Also, Dave repaired fencing that had broken from its cement foundation and brick walls in a wind storm. He creatively solves the problem at hand. The fencing was solidly cemented, and reinforced. Several places in the fencing had rotted or broken. Dave cut out the rotted iron, cut new wrought iron and welded it into the bar. When done I would never have known it was repaired. Finally, Dave primed all of the repaired surfaces. He completed the three day job as promised on time. Thank you, Dave.
