"Jay at Greenland was one of few pool contractors who could design and build pool/spa but also have vision to incorporate entire site plan, extra components like bar/BBQ/outdoor spaces, and all landscaping. Most day to day work done by his own employees so not a lot of subcontractors to deal with. All workers are courteous, clean, and respectful and put in full dayà ¢à  à  s work. Overall Jayà ¢à  à  s eye for design and quality set him apart. His experience also is so valuable - there is not an aspect of a job that he doesnà ¢à  à  t have expertise of and knows where to send you to find each component. We love our new house!"

"Max Minahans just finished installing new bathroom doors in my condo. I am so pleased with the great job he did from start to finish. 1) He contacted me a week before the job was to be done to suggest that he could come the day before to see what the job entailed 2) He showed up on time (7:00 AM) with all the tools necessary to complete the job. 3) He put plastic sheeting over the carpet to keep it clean. 4) He didn't complain about having to make several trips down 3 floors to his truck to plane and miter the doors. 5) He spent longer on the job than planned and didn't make an issue of it, or increase his bid. 6) He offered to install the hardware that I had intended on doing myself (and did a better job than I would have). 7) He was polite and respectful of being in my home. I will have additional projects coming up in the future and am so happy to have the name of a dependable and professional and polite contractor. Tom Karam"

"Brett and his builders were fast and prompt. They are real Pros and the results show. It only took them 2 days to finish my redwood pergola project! Brett's team were even able to reuse the post column base bracket I have already built many years ago with hardly any adjustments. What can I say, they're Pros! Brett's communications were top notch. He is very responsive before and throughout the project. Last but not least, Brett knows his craft for a good price. I will hire him again for future projects on my list."

"Contractor did a great job of first prepping for and then installing a 10 x 10 pergola. I would highly recommend this contractor for any home projects, including interior and exterior. The crew kept the project area, neat and clean, were professional, and very friendly. Highly recommend."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"
