"Quite happy with the overall experience. Persi Homes was very organized and on top of the entire project, from the planning stage of drafting the plans to the most minor details of the last stages like the cabinet handles. We expanded the kitchen, added a new roof over the new area, and remodeled the powder room downstairs, alongside the entire flooring of the downstairs area, and I got zero change orders from them, so we finished precisely on budget. The timeline was also pretty spot on, just 2 weeks after their expected finish time, but most of the delay was due to the window suppliers shipping later than promised. Planning on redoing our master bath in the summer with them again."

"The folks a M&ES CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INC. Did a great job with my project. They renovated my garage, they drywalled and painted it, also gave me a beautiful epoxy floor thats easy to clean and a treat for the eyes. I also had them remove my old brick gas fireplace and build a tile faced electric fireplace with an insert for my Television. My TV fits perfectly and it looks amazing. Workmanship is top notch, they are transparent, punctual, and very communicative. Truly the best contractors I’ve worked with."
