"I have an old home where the gravity furnace needed to be replaced. This included abatement for asbestos removal, installation of all new ductwork, the new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. It was a big investment for me but everyone from the sales person to the installers and office staff made me feel comfortable about my decision. "We were unaware of an extra-large build-up of lint in our dryer.  The lint eventually caught fire and we had a small fire inside our dryer.  Fortunately, the fire did not spread and nothing was damaged except for the dryer.  We called SOS to see if the dryer could be repaired -- we were thinking it would need to be replaced.  The technician came out, inspected the dryer and told us it could definitely be salvaged.  We were thrilled.  He worked on the dryer immediately, but had to schedule the vent cleaning a few days later.  However, we were not charged until the vent cleaning was completed.  SOS provided me with one of the best experiences I have had with a repair company.  I was thrilled with the end result!"
