The freezer was fixed in less than 10 seconds, the dryer needed a part ordered, and the oven is toast (which I assumed but needed documentation for a home warranty on it). The dryer part came in a few days later and the dryer was fixed quickly. They are working on providing good documentation for the warranty. And they even told me what part to order for an at-home job on my washing machine. They are helping to restore my faith in service providers. They are definitely trust-worthy and knowledgeable."

"Woke up in the morning and discovered that our 4 year old KitchenAid french door refrigerator was not working properly and although it was running was not cooling either the regrigerator or freezer. I called the company that had previously done warranty work for us on behalf of KitchenAid and they said they could have someone out in 8 days!!! So I went on Angies List and contacted Morris County Appliance. They said they prioritize refrigeration calls and would get back to me within 30 minutes to schedule something. They had someone out by 1:00 pm and discovered there was a blockage in the condensor, cleaned it out and got it working again. They were very curteious, helpful and professional and we were very pleased. Price for a service call was $95. which I thought was a little high as we were charged $80 for an electrical contractor recently but is was an emergency and they did respond quickly.

I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. "Things went great! Moe assessed the problem with each of the toilets in my home. He looked at the first toilet and determined the entire mechanism inside the tank (float and flapper) needed to be replaced. The second toilet was an easy fix so he did that free of charge. The third toilet he determined only needed a handle, which I told him I could replace myself once I went to purchase the correct handle. So, he completed the repair on the first toilet and as a new customer he honored the 15% of coupon for Angie's List members. I was a little disappointed that a new toilet mechanism with labor costs $175. However, based on my research this price is about $20 cheaper than the average cost to repair a toilet. And the 15% discount ($26.25) also helped to ease my sticker shock. I would recommend Cross County as well as use them again."
