"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

I WILL NOW BE HIRING A LAWYER TO SUE THEM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT...WEB SITES FOR REVIEWS WAY DIFFERENT ON SOME OTHER SITES.......I PLAN ON CONTACTING THE NEWS ALSO ABOUT VERENGO AND THE SCAM THEY ARE TRYING TO PULL ON ME.....TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT............................................"

"The overall experience was good. Even though our roof is quirky and we have parts that are shaded, they were able to angle panels in different areas to get the maximum sun exposure. There was one glitch...the system wasn't working when we first turned it on upon approval from the electric company but once I contacted them they were quick to come out. The problem was a switch that hadn't pushed on properly and was an easy fix. We felt like they worked very hard to get the system in for us quickly and were polite and professional throughout the experience."

"Carlos, the owner of Energy Source Electric, came to our home as a request for an estimate to install a new electrical panel and upgrade the service from 100amp to 200amp. Within 10 minutes I knew I was going to hire him. He was very personable, professional, and it did not take but a few minutes for Carlos to explain the entire process: the approximate time frame it would take which included filing permits, approval for matters concerning SCE, panel replacement and final inspections. It went perfectly. Even the stucco repair looked fabulous upon it's completion. Carlos also has a very good working relationship with everyone involved, from SCE, to the technicians who work for him. When a question arose from me or my wife, Carlos gave our concerns an amount of attention, dignity, and respect that everyone would want in a professional. "Service was great. I called four other electrical contractors to come out to give me an estimate and no one would bother. I called Inter Faith and they were here within the hour.
I had an issue with installation of a central vacuum since it was installed over 10 years ago, where the installer did not run a dedicated line for the furnace and the vacuum separately. The installer just put in a plug to be able to plug in the vacuum and furnace/ac blower at the same time. If I ran the two at the same time it would trip the breaker and neither would work.
Inter Faith ran a dedicated line to my vacuum, separate from the furnace. They did the job neatly and quickly. At first I though their quote was expensive, but after seeing what they had to do I am very happy with the price.
I would highly recommend them to do any work. They are now going to quote upgrading my solar system.

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"I have used Josh's services in the past for electrical issues, doors that weren't hung correctly and needed to be shaved down, cleaning of my HVAC unit coils.  I haven't found anything that Josh can't do, and he is SO thorough.  He is our "go to guy" for anything that comes up.  In fact, I have a list of "Josh to do" items that we will be doing over time.  He has a great work ethic, and is super nice.  I HIGHLY recommend him and you'll find that he is someone that goes right into your personal contact list for when you need a repair or something done around your home!

From the time we signed up to the actual install, our sales rep, Chad DeLong, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were in and out and we have had zero issues with anything since then. I check my app all the time to see how it is doing. We got a rebate from xcel last year which was also nice."
