Dumpster and cars left in my parking lot when all the spots were already accounted for. Made it nearly an unusable space.(In company's defense, they were having a ton of trouble with the dumpster company). Even after they were told this nothing changed.
Did not provide accurate updates of the work and what the end result would be.

"These guys were amazing they came out at 9 o’clock at night after they finished all their jobs to come and do the estimate on my house and they did take their time it wasn’t one quick thing so if you’re looking for serious people who know how to do the job the concrete bosses are definitely the way to go I will definitely recommend them in the future and I look forward to working with them on my project now"

"They completed refinishing concrete stairs on 7-17-23 but did not replace items that were on the stairs yet (flower pots too heavy for me to lift) as they told me they would do. A hose was torn in the process of finishing the job, but they deducted the cost for me to buy a new hose from their final payment. They have scheduled two separate return visits to put the pots back and to add an additional siding trim piece. They have not shown up for either scheduled return date."
