"EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have a home warranty on my house and when i called to have my washing machine repaired, the warrant company assigned it to a big chain repair company and the soonest appointment I could get was 15 days. A friend referred Mid Maryland to me so I had the warranty company change the referral. Mid Maryland came out to do the repair in just a few days which is fantastic especially since it was the holidays. They were very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with it and was even able to come back the next day to install the part that they had to order. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

Called in a couple of days to let me know he was returning with the appliance. Microwave is working well. Vince kept me informed and updated throughout this process regarding parts needed and costs.
