"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. "I did not get the service that we originally talked about I am very unhappy"

"Terrible. My elderly mother called because she needed a drain installed in her front yard so she could have a driveway installed. When they got there they said they could do the drain and they could also put in the driveway. They said they could put in crushed concrete that will harden over time. She hired them. They came and spread pea gravel over the yard. Grass was still there growing through the gravel. She called and they came back and dug a little deeper and spread more gravel and told her it would harden. She has not been happy with it since and has been calling but they will not return her call. Now she is stuck in her home because they cannot plow her driveway. They will just plow up the gravel. It did not harden and will never harden they lied and took advantage of my elderly parents. My mom is my dad's caregiver, he has Alzheimer's so she has a lot on her plate and they took advantage of her. I live 4 hours away so I could not be there when they came."
