"Jake and his team did an amazing job on installing our floors. We’re renovating our home and had our master bedroom/closet switched from carpet to laminate floors. The team was professional, answered all our questions, and completed the job as planned. They did such an amazing job that they’re also going to do the kitchen backsplash and plumbing once the countertops come in. I’m really happy with everything thus far and look forward to working with Jake and his team in the upcoming weeks. I highly recommend Picture Perfect for any of your renovation needs."

"Great, rough start to the one bathroom but once it was completed, my grandkids loved it. When other so no to a shower in my small bathroom, Cole said yes and gave me the shower I have always wanted. OMG, I love my kitchen!!!. He removed the one part that I didn't like and gave me a kitchen that let me look out the window and watch the grandkids while doing dishes. The counter top, what can I say but love those too."

"We needed a new shower for two reasons. Our old acrylic one was getting some cracks and it also was discoloring quite a bit. And also, my knees struggle getting up and over the tub to get in the shower. So we had Cole come visit with us and explain what Midwest Homes had to offer. We decided to have them install a walk-in shower for us. Of course we were very excited to get it done, but weren't sure in this day and age if they would get it done as quickly as Cole said they would. He told us it might take up to 5 weeks to get them out here..... they actually got here in 3 weeks much to our surprise! And then when Jay the install technician came to put it in, it couldn't have went better! He was so professional and explained exactly what he was going to do before he even started. Then when he was finished, he again took us in and showed exactly what was done and how we should care for our new shower. We are so ecstatic with our decision to go with Midwest Homes! The shower is not only so much more convenient to get in and out of, but it looks beautiful... can't thank Jay enough for the awesome job he did!"

"It went very well.  Despite the fact that I live in Tennessee and this company is in Boston, they helped me a great deal.  I can't remember what I actually paid them, but it seemed reasonable for what I got:  unlimited access to the decorator's assistance.   I had already chosen some of the elements needed for my bathroom remodel, but got bogged down over colors/curtains/light fixtures at the end.  I just needed some help in tying everything together.
Their decorator (Amanda Zettel) and I worked mainly through Pinterest;  I made a board of my bathroom, using pictures of what I'd chosen already, and she sent me links to items that she thought I would like in categories that I needed.  We also talked over the phone several times, and emailed, too.  I believe Homemade Design will also help you with vendors and purchasing, though I didn't use that service.  Amanda did send me to some new websites, and I chose my bathroom lights from one of them.  Amanda helped me choose the finish, the shades, and the placement of the fixtures, which I love.  They are unique and charming - thanks, Amanda!
She also sent me several names of paint colors to chose from for the bath.  Because of the variations in computer screen colors, some people might not be comfortable with this, but I wanted to be the one who actually picked the color.  I just felt a little overwhelmed at the huge selection, so Amanda was able to narrow my choices to a range that I could live with.  The color has been up on my wall for over a month now, and I'm very happy with it.
All in all, this was a very good experience, and I will definitely use Jeff and Amanda's help again!"
