"With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation.  This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room. We gave him a price we wanted to spend and he was very helpful in planning and designing it while staying in budget.It too had to be stripped down to nothing like the bath. Cabinets, floor, ceiling, countertop,backsplash, all new. I of course changed my mind a few times about things but Rich always listened and did what I requested. He will change ,redo something if you are not satisfied no questions asked.
