He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."

We had an issue with the sink, they didn't order the right faucet and we ended up having some trouble with that for quite some time but it was fixed in the end. There's an issue with the sink and the countertops that the owner came out and actually saw it and he wasn't happy with what the employees did so they redid. He made us happy in the end but there was some snags. It looks fine and we were happy. They have to come out and redo it but it would have been done the right way in the first place."

"With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation.  This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room.
