"The job went very smoothly overall.   There are always minor problems that have to be worked around during the job.   We discussed how we thought the job should be done.   I felt he had a good technical construction knowledge and I liked his ideas on how to fix the problem.  I stayed out of his way but was available if he had a question.    I had agreed to get rid of the debris when he first looked at the job, and that was one thing that helped keep the price very reasonable.  We had to look through all the board and batten siding I had to find the best pieces.  Some was no good but I still have some left for future small repairs.  Being retired was good because I could separate the stack of siding, get debris out of his way, and I could see exactly how it was going back together again for future reference.  I even took a few photos.  He finished in one day.

The company is primarily a husband and wife team and they both made me feel comfortable with my choice. The wife came in and provided a preliminary estimate and this was followed by her husband making an appointment for the formal fitting. "Vista Home improvement is a well organized and professional company which provides a good roofing product, great
customer service /communications along with excellent quality of workmanship. This company is well equipped to handle roofing work. The roofing work is planned, organized and executed very well and the work is supervised by knowledgeable persons. As a result the roof was installed in one day to prevent the need of using tarps to keep rain or snow out during the night. I was always kept in the loop as far as when and what would take place. The end result was a roof that was properly installed and looks great on the house.  The clean up around the house was very good considering the difficulty of having  snow on the ground.

3. The detailed contract was adequately reviewed and modify with the customer as needed before signing.
4. There was  follow-up by the Owner, Sales Rep, Site Supervisor and Office Manager to make sure the customer was  adequately informed and satisfied.
5. The entire roofing installation crew is efficient, well trained and knowledgeable in their work. 
6. Pricing is competitive with the discount offered.
Note: The 2 roofing competitors I contacted performed steps 1, 2 , 3 and 4 very poorly and lack the basic understanding on how to meet and satisfy customer needs.
